Services
Each project is completed to the brief attached to its quote. Requests that arrive after delivery may be invoiced separately, unless they qualify as revisions.
Turnaround
Standard timelines are estimates. Rush service can be arranged, sometimes at an additional fee, and we alert you at once if a project needs longer.
Payments
Payment is expected when an invoice is issued, unless other terms are agreed. Card, PayPal and bank transfer are all welcome.
Confidentiality
Ownership of your material never passes to us. Files are stored securely and seen only by the people on your project.
Revisions & refunds
Sensible revisions are part of the service. If something still isn't right, we review refunds individually.
